Day Shift: 5am - 1:30pm

Responsibilities and Capabilities:

• Provide technical support for all product lines
• Review procedures and edit manufacturing process instructions as needed
• Participate in the execution of process verification, validation and qualification for products and processes performed at the company.
• Develop detailed process specifications for new processes
• Assist with instructing Manufacturing Operators and provide training for process updates.
• Help engineers with CAD drawings.
• Contribute to resolve complex problems.
• Assist staff with prototype development.
• Recommend modifications or new equipment additions to improve operational performance.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and maintain the PM database
• Ensure all manufacturing tooling and equipment is in compliance
• Maintain a high level of thoroughness and accuracy on all required paperwork
• Coordinate the above activities with necessary internal departments and external suppliers
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent in technical discipline or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
• 5+ years of experience as an engineering technician in medical device or pharmaceutical industry
• Ability to use CAD 3D modeling software, other office programs preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with associated deadlines.
• Ability to prioritize work assignments.
• Work independently and respond to/troubleshoot issues with minimal supervision
• Demonstrate ability to meet quality requirements in daily work
• Work closely with engineering team.
• Self-starter, highly motivated, disciplined work habits.

Compensation Range: $35 - $38/hr
